Tube features a screw-on end cap which provides added protection to your documents.There is a clear plastic snap cap on the end which holds a reusable identification label. This tube expands from 24-1/2" to 40". The locking tabs are placed in 3/4" increments for desired length. Shoulder strap is non-removable, but is adjustable in length.
